Pelham Library Grand Prize Winner

Each summer the Pelham Public Library (and other local libraries) have a summer reading program.

Each summer, my daughter reads her heart out . . .

More so than normal.

Which normal for her is 40 books a week.

This summer she filled out three complete bingo sheets.

And her name was drawn as the Grand Prize Winner!

She got a Bike Link shirt.

(Bike Link is the sponsor of the grand prize)

She got her picture taken at the library.

Plus she got her picture placed in the Pelham Reporter magazine.

On Tuesday, all the bikes were collected and she was allowed to go into the bike shop to pick out her prize.

Not only did she get a bike,

but they gave her another T-shirt

and a free bike helmet.

We are all so excited for her.

The woman offered her purple, she asked for blue, she got black & red.

She loves it!

We got it home, put the tire back on & then she took off.
