What I love about this winter birthday,
Is that ever since we have moved south,
it has been in the 70s on Garrett's birthday.
We enjoy this little guy so much.
He brings us laughter, a sincere sweetness, and...well, sarcasm.
I don't know where he gets that from. Ahem...
Anyway,
We celebrated his birthday doing the things he wanted to do and eating the things he wanted to eat.
Starting off the day with a little Mario Party 9 (a Christmas present)
And one of the birthday boy's most favorite parts . . . licking the spatula.
This only took me 6 years to print!! Sigh. At least he has it now.
Donut Joes for some bday breakfast
My sillies
Getting ready to open up presents
He was pretty sure this was a mini candy bar
Nope, matchbox car. :)
He was pretty excited to get this...
A DS game - Mario vs Donkey Kong Mini-land Mayhem
Mario with a Takooi Suit - He's been wanting this for months
A gift from his sister
A homemade book of activity pages
A gift from his brother. And no, it's not sticking out of Gavin's ear. ;)
They had to carefully unwrap it
Gav made him a poster of a frog
Good things come in small blue bags
A Koopa Troopa!!
Up on the top deck of the McWane Science Center parking garage
Looking over the edge - a favorite
It's about time he started pulling his own weight around here. ;)
Look at those funky dance moves
Train rides with sibs
Bubble exhibit
Dodgeball
Then we went geo-caching. An easy find.
This one was a dud. The cache was missing.
This one wasn't quite so easy.
Another easier find.
Mario 3D Land cake
Blowing out those 7 candles.
I can't believe my youngest is seven!!
Time flies way too fast.
