Our Counter Top

It's almost done!!  I just couldn't resist posting it though!  We need to paint/stain the trim, and then, wha-la; our very first homemade counter top will be complete. :)

Notice I painted the dining room.  The red has been bothering me since I painted the kitchen brown.  Well, I ended up painting the downstairs bathroom red, so I have my red fix taken care of; leaving me the liberty to paint the kitchen a different lighter color.  And, my does it look bigger!
