Playing Catch-Up

I haven't blogged since January!  Well, a lot has happened since then.  So this blog is just pictures from the last few months.
January
Birthday bike from Grandpa C

Testing it out

Christmas from Grandpa and Grandma C

They're ready to head back home. :(

We went to Senoia to visit friends.  This is the town they film "The Walking Dead" in.

It was so cold, we had to stop at the coffee house to get some hot cocoa!

Pretending we were zombies for the movie's sake. ;)  Well, at least Matt and I were pretending.  The kids were not as into it as we were.

At a friend from church's birthday party on his property.  Um, yeah, we are just slightly jealous of his land. :)

We get the occasional 70* plus days in January, so we played ladder golf in the street.

Gt testing out his new Razor Spark

February
Our kids had a playdate with their friends

Matt racing one of the kids down the parking lot

Fort building fun

C had another playdate with another friend

The only (sticking) snow of the year.  I had some really excited kids!

And this is one of the many reasons why I hate snow.  At least it's only once a year here.

Some Valentine's Day snacks for our mini homeschool Valentine's Day party

C made a Ninjago V-day card holder

March
He bought this riding lawn mower to start a lawn mowing business

He was very quick to learn how to ride it

The kids and their pet crabs: Mr. Crabs, Climber, and Crawler

Mowing a lawn to make a buck

At McWane Science Center: He pushed the button in 0.002 seconds after the buzzer went off.  Actually, he had counted how long it was from the push of the start button until it buzzed from previous tries.  Pretty smart. :)

And C was floating

And little G was playing a massive pinball game

At Sun View Baptist Church ~ The Patch Club sang.

April
Beautiful weather to ride bikes

Botanical Gardens

He insisted that there were frogs in the fountain, so I had to capture a pic

Pretending to fall in the fountain

Banana Tree

My Rubix Cube solver (not to be fooled, he got one side) :)

One morning I was sick, and when I turned over in bed, I saw this angelic face.  Reminded me of when he was a baby.

One of our favorite places to go, Sloss Furnace
